You know, one of those dumb federal government thingy's? They should do it just for Andrew!<BR/><BR/>And have Andrew try and get a job or find a hotel room or even a public place to eat or go see a movie (this with everyone knowing he's a gay man from another country).<BR/><BR/>Individual states are notably bad at setting up the criteria for moral decision making. The problem is that they tend to do so in their own ratioal self interest, not acting in the interest of the country as an aggregate.
