Spring Project

The seashore environment is harsh. Three wooden dollys that I bought about three years ago from Harbor Frieght to use underneath large deck planters rotted out. Using some wood from the walks that are being replaced here in Cherry Grove, yesterday I built a large single dolly that should last much longer because the wood is thicker and it is pressure treated.

There is usually not a lot of standing water in the Fire Island Sunken Forest, but the soaking rains of the past several days have left many pools.
