This is the Philadelphia Zoo's excursion balloon. Zoo visitors can go aloft for a panoramic view of the city and the Schuylkill River. The balloon is tethered, so it goes straight up a couple of hundred feet, stops for a while, and then descends. I haven't had the pleasure of riding it yet. Maybe I will someday soon.Jim
