Patricia Eddington is the Town Clerk of Brookhaven, NY. She opened her offices on Sunday, July 24 so that gay and lesbian couples could get marriage licenses, 24 hour waiting period waivers, and get married. She was very gracious and personally greeted all of the couples that were there at Town Hall on Sunday.
