Masa Japanese Restaurant, York PA

For some reason, "green mussels" is a popular small plate in the York, PA area. I've enjoyed them at two different restaurants here but I don't see them offered in Philadelphia at our usual dining venues. Masa Japanese restaurant has been a favorite of mine for years now since I've been attending the Train Collector's Association meets here in York. It's a BYOB with excellent food at very reasonable prices. Besides the green mussels and a seaweek salad, last evening for dinner I had two other small plates, the scallops casserole and the soft shell crab appetizer.
