Cafe IXX on the 19th floor of the Bellevue Stratford Hotel in Philadelphia ofers a three course prix fixe lunch for $20.00...and a great view of the city!
When my grandfather was head of security for the Greenfield Hotels downtown, he had his office in the Bellevue. In fact, he was the first person to die of Legionaire's disease in September, 1976. We didn't know what killed him for years after. But he used to let me go up to the restaurant lounge to watch my beloved Yankees on Channel 11 New York.
