The Odds We'll Get Universal Healthcare?

No chance, of course, if a Republican is elected. New York Times columist and Clinton supporter Paul Krugman lists the odds if we get a Democrat president:

"If Mrs. Clinton gets the Democratic nomination, there is some chance —
nobody knows how big — that we’ll get universal health care in the next
administration. If Mr. Obama gets the nomination, it just won’t happen."

Not too encouraging, since the failure of this rich country to provide health care for all of its citizens is a national disgrace (one of many.)
