A Spectacular Sunday Brunch

Hotel Le Toiny is situated on the rocky Northeast coast of St. Barths. It is an exclusive resort that features perhaps the most famous gourmet restaurant on the island. On Sunday we enjoyed their famous brunch. It is so popular that there are two seatings: 11 AM and 1 PM. We did the early one. The food was supberbm and two specialties, the carmel desert tart and the home made cocoanut infused vanilla rum were simply out of this world!
